Terms and Conditions

Interest may be charged at the rate of 5% per annum on any amount in any Tax Invoice which remains unpaid after fourteen (14) days from the Tax Invoice Date. All hardware and software sold by ComNet Computing Services (ComNet) remains the property of ComNet until paid for in full or where title to hardware or software has been transferred. ComNet reserves the right to register a security interest over any hardware or software with the Personal Property and Securities Register (PPSR) to secure payment of any amount outstanding on any Tax Invoice.
Computer hardware listed on this Tax Invoice is covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Tampering of hardware/software, warranty labels or serial numbers will void any warranty. You will not be charged for our labour to replace or repair faulty hardware under warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the Invoice Date. To claim a warranty, this Tax Invoice must be presented. Data is the sole responsibility of the owner. ComNet does not take responsibility for any data or any media devices presented to ComNet. While all care is taken, there is no guarantee that data will be recoverable in the event of a drive or device failure or corruption.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
